Ms. Tamara Ponce

Ms. Ponce begins her second year as principal of Webb City Junior High.  She served as Assistant Principal at Webb City High School from 2011-2021 and taught Social Studies at WCHS from 2003-2011.  She has earned a Bachelors degree in Social Studies Education, a Masters degree in United States History, a Masters degree in Educational Administration and a Specialist Degree in Advanced Leadership studies from Pittsburg State University.  She has two children, one who attends WCHS and one who graduated from WCHS in 2018.  Ms. Ponce is passionate about serving her students and staff and it is her mission to care for the individuals she works with so that they have the opportunity to realize their purpose and potential.

Mr. Scott Roderique

Mr. Roderique is in his 8th year in the Webb City School District. He spent 6 years as a physical education teacher and coach and one year as the ISS teacher and Athletic Director at the Junior High. Mr. Roderique  received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Pittsburg State University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. He is married to his wife Meredith and they have two children, Greta and Mabel.

Mr. Darrell Hicks

This will be my 24th year in education, first year in administration, and first year as the athletic director at WCJH. Over the past 23 years, I have taught science at WCHS, served as an assistant football coach, an assistant track coach, and an assistant wrestling coach. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Southern State University and an Education Administration degree from William Woods University. I have four children, three of which have graduated from WCHS and one attending Webb City schools. I am excited about the upcoming year and look forward to working with students, faculty and staff at Webb City Junior High.
