Raeven Replogle is entering her tenth year as a counselor at Webb City Jr. High. A 2008 graduate of Webb City, Raeven continued her education at Missouri State University in Springfield on an athletic scholarship, where she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling. She strives to be a guiding light for those facing challenges and to inspire them to become impactful difference-makers in the world.

Kaitlyn Welch is beginning her second year as a counselor at Webb City Jr. High. She earned her K-12 Counseling degree from Lindenwood University and her Family & Consumer Sciences degree from Missouri State University. A Webb City native, Kaitlyn has spent most of her life in the local community. Kaitlyn is dedicated to assisting students in reaching their full potential and becoming active, valuable members of society.
